In our laboratory, tests including protective earthing continuity, insulation resistance, high-voltage withstand testing, leakage current verification, temperature rise, short-circuit and abnormal operation assessments, contact temperature analysis, locking and communication function verification, IP protection rating validation, as well as mechanical and electrical endurance testing are performed in accordance with the requirements of the relevant standard.
During the testing process, the continuous load performance of charging equipment, protection mechanisms for user and vehicle safety, system behavior under fault conditions, and the safety of power transfer are thoroughly evaluated.
The technical reports prepared can be used for CE conformity assessments, type testing, product verification processes, international market access activities, and manufacturers' quality assurance systems.
